For each issue, Monocle Magazine (based out of London) picks a unique restaurant and shares two of their finest recipes.
This month, they featured Portland’s newest gem, Eventide Oyster Co. Which, just so happens to be my favorite local restaurant. It’s where I learned to love oysters. Kind of.
It was a delicious shoot. I documented the process of making their classic lobster roll and their signature Bloody Maria (hint: it has tequila in it).
